However, STAGE for $UCCESS also offers:
Professional Staging (Best Value) We will make an appointment to meet you at your home so we can go over your goals for selling your property and determine the time frame and deadlines. We will evaluate your property and may take photos. We will map out a design plan that is specific to your property. Our design plan includes paint advice if needed in addition to furnishings that will highlight your homes features. We will prepare a bid for Staging Services and email it to you within 24 hours. The bid includes Staging and De-Staging (when required). We do the work so you don’t have to. Bids are always complimentary with no-obligation. Additional Benefits: Vacant homes require furniture rental. Fees are paid to the Rental Company or SF$.
Exclusive Detailed Report (EDR) Written Consultation (DIY) We will do a complete walk through of your home and take photos of each room from all angles. We will deliver a full detailed written report of everything you need to do to stage the home on your own. We will cover each room and give advice on paint recommendations if needed any quick fixes and repairs that need attention. If you have the time and a little creativity you can Stage your own property. Real Estate Agents can also provide a consultation to their clients as part of your listing agreement.
Staging doesn't have to be expensive. There are often things you can do as a home owner to Stage your home yourself. We will make an appointment to meet you at your home so we can go over your goals for selling your property and determine the time frame and deadlines.
After viewing your home an ASP will prepare an Exclusive Detailed Report (EDR) of everything you can do to Stage your home yourself. We will deliver your report via email within 24 hours.
Written Consults are between $350-$500 depending on the size and condition of your home.
Exclusive Verbal Report (EVR) Verbal Consultation (DIY) We will do a complete walk through of your home with you. We will discuss what needs to be done in each room and give you a verbal report. You may take notes so you can remember what needs to be done in each room. Verbal Consults are between $250-350 depending on the size of your home. We will give you step by step instructions on everything from what to pack up, what to move or relocate to another part of the home. We will even include advice on paint recommendations if needed and any quick fixes and repairs that need attention.
We will make an appointment to meet you at your home so we can go over your goals for selling your property and determine the time frame and deadlines.
Written Consults are between $250-$350 depending on the size and condition of your home.
Blended Staging Services (Semi-DIY)
Blended Staging Services give you the expertise of SF$Staging Parts of your home and advising you on how you can Stage the rest of the home. Blended services give you the benefit of partnering with SF$experts, the ability to do some of the work yourself, at a more than affordable investment. We will provide you with details and advice on every aspect of Staging the remainer portions of your home on your own.
Project Management
Often preparing your property for sale may require repairs, improvements or cleaning. STAGE For $UCCESS offers Project Management services.
SF$is a full service Staging Company. We have plumbers, landscapers, painters, handymen, powerwashers that are part of our team. We trust their work.
If you hire SF$for a full staging we will mange your Staging project free of charge if you use our service providers.
Let us set the appointments, meet the plumber, the painter, landscapers etc. We will manage your needs and put your mind at ease with our Project Management Services.
We are more than happy to manage services providers that you select for a fee of $75.00 per hour.
One Day Re-Decorating and Re-Arranging
Are you tired of the same old look of your home? SF$can help. Try our One Day Re-Decorating and Re-Arranging services. We will meet you to discuss your wants and needs and then put a plan into action. We will use your Existing furniture and accessories to create a Fresh new look in your Home.
Personal Shopping
We will discuss your needs, taste and color preferences then we will move into action and choose the perfect accessories and/or furniture to help you decorate a room or rooms in your home.
Staging Your New Home
Having a SF$team member at your new home directing where to place furniture as your truck is unloaded will create a stree free moving situation. When we are done you will be moved into your new home and able to enjoy it sooner.
Virtual Staging
If you don't Live in the San Francisco Bay Area or even in Northern California, just send us digital photographs. The STAGE for $UCCESS team will be happy to Walk You Through how to either Stage your Property for Sale, or how to best Stage your Home for Living Happily Ever After!
